In the morning, the exhibit “Let’s chat about BioSciences” in the lobby of the Centennial building, in Fredericton, provided an opportunity for over a dozen New Brunswick companies and institutions to display their technologies and BioScience projects.
Thierry Chopin and Manav Sawhney managed a booth highlighting the collaboration on the development of Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA) between the University of New Brunswick, the St. Andrews Biological Station of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Cooke Aquaculture Inc. (and its recently acquired Seafood Trust Eco-Certification), and Acadian Seaplants Limited.
